আজকের এই লেখাটাও শুধুমাত্র বাংলাদেশীদের জন্য। আপনারা অনেকেই হয়তো শুনেছেন BTRC - র ডেটাবেজে দেশের সকল মোবাইল ফোনের IMEI নম্বর সংরক্ষণ করা প্রসঙ্গে। ধারণা করা হচ্ছে একটা সময় পর নতুন কেনা মোবাইলগুলোর IMEI যদি BTRC 'র ডেটাবেজে না পাওয়া যায় তাহলে সেগুলো আর মোবাইল নেটওয়ার্কের সাথে যুক্ত থাকতে পারবে না। কাজেই এ বিষয়গুলো সম্পর্কে Marks PC Solution এর পাঠকদের অবগত করার জন্যই আজকের এই পোস্ট। স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই এদেশের যারা মোবাইল ফোন ডিলার রয়েছেন তারা নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ ট্যাক্স দিয়ে মোবাইল আমদানি করে থাকেন। কিন্তু এরাই আবার বেশি লাভের আশায় কর ফাকি দিয়ে বিপুল পরিমাণ মোবাইল সেট আমদানি করেন। এর ফলে ক্রেতারা হয়তো খুব সামান্যই ছাড় পায় ফোনের দামের দিক দিয়ে। কিন্তু কর ফাকি দিয়ে আমদানি করা এরকম অসংখ্য অবৈধ মোবাইল ফোন থেকে সরকারের প্রাপ্য হাজার হাজার কোটি টাকার রাজস্ব অনাদায়ী থেকে যায়।  আর এভাবে অবৈধ ফোন ক্রয় বিক্রয় হয় বলে আমাদের দেশে বিক্রিত ফোনের সঠিক পরিমাণও মোবাইল ফোন কোম্পানীগুলোর জানা থাকে না। আর এর ফলে তারা বাংলাদেশের মার্কেটের গুরুত্বও সেভাবে বুঝে উঠতে পারে না।  উদাহরণ স
